Brooklyn Easter morning, she is so sweet!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter! Here is a recap to our weekend. Saturday we (Brooklyn, Dylan, and Hilary) went with Nanie, and Papa to a community Easter egg hunt where we met Uncle Bill, Aunt Hannah, and cousins Colton, and Wyatt. Their were tons of plastic eggs filled with candy and tickets (which were used to redeem prizes). We were about 20 minutes early and already lots of people were their, so we waited, Colton, Brooklyn, and Wyatt were so excited looking at all the eggs and ready to start the hunt. Dylan on the other hand wasn't to excited and decided he was cold and wanted to wait it out in the car. He was sick the day before with a stomach bug and still not 100% so Nanie went to the car with him and they watched a movie. So back at the Easter egg hunt, it stated and there was seriously 1000+ eggs and it lasted maybe 30 seconds, the kids each got about 1/2 full (maybe a little more) basket off eggs. They had a blast and were super excited about the candy they got.....no tickets and prizes for us. Sunday we started out the morning with a scavenger hunt for Easter baskets. That is a tradition of ours that our kids look forward to every year. Then next headed out to church, we went to the second service and stayed for third to help in the nursery. Next was a late lunch with family at Nanie and Papas house. We got to enjoy the company of Uncle Seth and Georgia, Aunt Hazel and Uncle Dick, Grandpa and Grandma Irwin, Aunt Carlye, Aunt Kate and Uncle Ryan and Nanie and Papa. We had a terrific Easter and are enjoying all the candy that came with it.
